The Judge Group seeks a LoanIQ specialist in Charlotte, NC to support implementation, configuration, and customization of LoanIQ (LIQ) across frontend and backend layers. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-to-end product support within commercial lending operations from closing through servicing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with LoanIQ (LIQ) implementation, including configuration, customization, and support.
• Hands-on expertise in LoanIQ queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Commercial lending operations experience covering the lifecycle from loan closing through servicing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Experience in a LoanIQ Product Support role providing end-to-end application support.
• Deep understanding of LoanIQ architecture across frontend and backend layers.
• Operations background in Closing and Servicing with workflows, controls, and compliance.
