Job summary

deCircle is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to architect and ship AI-driven mortgage ops tooling. You will own the end-to-end development of scalable web services using TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and Postgres, deployed on AWS with Terraform and Docker.

Candidates should have 5+ years in senior-level roles and 7-25 years in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on security and reliability.

Comp: $150K-$350K + competitive equity. Location: Remote, US (US hours). Visa: Visa transfers only (OPT, H1B transfers).

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and launch multi-step AI agents that digitize mortgage ops workflows

• Integrate 3rd-party lending services APIs (disclosures, automated underwriting, fraud)

• Build next-gen job processing infrastructure on AWS for observability/reliability

• Ship to production on day one; mentor less senior engineers
