Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join an AI-first mortgage tech company, building scalable AI-powered workflows and production-grade software.

You will own features from architecture to deployment, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and mentor others while shipping reliable systems in a remote-first US-wide environment.

Qualifications

• 7–25 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior-level roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, with demonstrated examples of complex production systems.
• Professional experience with React, Node.js/Express, GraphQL/Apollo, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing, scaling, and operating distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform.
• Experience taking software features from design and implementation through production deployment.
• Strong understanding of application security, system reliability, testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in a technology company where software is a core product.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively with teams operating in U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $150,000–$350,000.
