OK Carz is seeking a Loan Verification Specialist to review documentation for credit decisions. The role blends work-from-home with in-office tasks in Lakeland, Florida. You will maintain records, coordinate with Sales Managers, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least one year of loan processing experience preferred. The position is full-time with a hybrid work setup and salary of $15.00 per hour, plus benefits and standard scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews all documentation related deals submitted for credit review.
• This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to approval.
• Works with Sales Managers to assist in resolving potential problems with pending deals.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
