ProFed Credit Union is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage the life cycle of business relationships, including loan processing, closings, deposit accounts, and treasury services, while delivering high‑quality member service.

The role requires at least 2 years in business lending, deposits, or treasury services, strong documentation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on-site with precision.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in business lending, deposit operations, or treasury services.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Ability to prepare and complete detailed documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and member service.

Responsibilities

• Process approved business loans from documentation through funding, coordinating with members, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely closings.
• Oversee onboarding and management of business deposit accounts and treasury products; process daily ACH originations.
• Manage business deposit and loan accounts, including signers and permissions, with accurate documentation.
• Track collateral and related filings, renewals, and covenants; follow up on missing docs.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for business members and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; assist with audits and process improvements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
