WAC-TN World Finance Corporation of Tennessee is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. The role involves daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and closing loans, with performance-based earnings and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling collections, assisting with tax services, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation; document all activity.
