Job summary

A leading banking institution in Oklahoma City seeks a dedicated professional for their Asset Quality - Loan Administration Division. This full-time, onsite position involves supporting loan underwriting and document preparation systems, providing user support, and creating training materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. This role emphasizes teamwork and organizational abilities within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and apply BancFirst Loan Policy and Procedures.
  • Knowledge of lending regulations (state and federal) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support loan underwriting and document preparation systems.
  • Provide phone and email support to users.
  • Create training materials and user manuals.
  • Participate in course instruction (WebEx and classroom).
  • Test and implement new versions of loan systems.
  • Perform periodic administrative tasks related to support.

Onsite Position

BancFirst Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City

Full Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Support loan underwriting and doc prep systems, which may include:

  • One-on-one phone and email support of users
  • Creation of training material and user manuals
  • Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom)

Support loan document image archive and exception tracking system, which may include:

  • One-on-one phone and email support of users
  • Creation of training material and user manuals
  • Participation in course instruction (WebEx and classroom)

Testing and implementation of new version of loan systems

Perform periodic administrative tasks related to support of loan systems

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

JOB SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Good written and oral communication skills required.

Ability to multi-task and organize daily, weekly, monthly tasks and/or projects is imperative.

A working knowledge of BancFirst Loan Policy, BancFirst Loan Procedures, and lending regulations (state and federal) will be very helpful.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
