You will work with API/microservices issues, assist in acquisitions and data migrations, and provide Tier 1 application support across related lending platforms.

The role requires 3-5 years of lending experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of lending experience in a business and/or IT setting
• Complex, analytical problem solving skills, planning and organizational capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for core banking systems such as FIS IBS and ACBS
• Troubleshoot issues with APIs and microservices technologies
• Support acquisition and conversion teams to migrate data and systems
• Provide Tier 1 application-level support and understand interdependencies across systems
