• Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation.

• Familiarity with loan servicing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with business users, IT teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with users and vendors to gather and review change requirements.
• Develop initial project design and business requirements.
• Create test plans and scripts; perform regression testing.
