Job summary

Connect Search LLC in Gurnee, IL seeks a Loan Specialist (Banking) to manage investor remittances, loan-related reporting, and input of commercial loan requests. This role supports daily operations in the servicing system and ensures accurate rate changes and reconciliations.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with benefits for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan.

Responsibilities

• Productivity
• Daily balancing of investor remittances which include submitting payments to investor banks and/or requesting funds for loan disbursements
• Prepare monthly SBA reporting and any other participant reporting requirements
• Input New, renewal and Change In Terms request for all commercial loan products (ie. Term, revolving credit lines, advise/guidance lines, forbearance agreements)
• Post incoming wires/checks/ACHs to the servicing system
• Input/Review daily rate changes to the core system
• Ensure all purchased and sold participation loans are in sync for interest and principal paid
• Complete Audit verifications for participant banks
• Process manual rate changes when requested by lead banks
• Ability to keep internal DDA monitored and balanced
• Correspond with investor contacts regarding discrepancies as needed
• Send daily remittances/loan advance notices/rate changes
