Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and in-house systems).
• Exhibit passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate customers on insurance options, loan terms and their options.
