OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Louisiana. The role focuses on helping customers access financing, while meeting branch goals and maintaining compliance.

On-site workweek with some extended hours, including potential Saturdays, supports a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and preferably experience in sales, collections, or customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• On-site location.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively to meet service demands.
• Exceed customer expectations and drive branch goals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections in compliance with laws.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and work toward targets.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance.
