Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask to deliver timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations and drive branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and systems.
• Bring drive to achieve and goal orientation.
