Job summary

Citco is seeking a skilled Loan Services professional to support NAV reporting, liaising with internal teams to deliver monthly and quarterly outputs, and act as the client-facing point of contact for account queries.

You will onboard new facilities, ensure accurate loan processing, verify settlements, and maintain up-to-date trade records for audit and management reporting. A background in fund administration, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with loan systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical, organized with ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Hands-on and comfortable learning new applications and sourcing information from numerous systems.
• Flexible and able to adapt to fluid operational requirements and deliverables.
• Capable of communicating in a strong and professional manner with diverse stakeholders.
• 2–4 years experience in a similar function within a fund administrator; Loan Servicer experience is a plus.
• Experience with debt products including syndicated, distressed, bilateral, direct lending, CRE, TRS, LOC; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the role of Loan Services in generating reporting for NAV process and liaise with internal departments to meet NAV deliverables.
• Act as point of contact for client queries/requests and drive resolution of issues relating to client accounts.
• Receive new trade details from client and manage the process to ensure settlement within market timescales.
• Provide clear instructions to loan processing to onboard new facilities/loans and validate inputs.
• Ensure accuracy of processing loan activity (draws, repayments, reallocations, waterfalls).
• Review LMA/LSTA, PAR/Distressed trade documents for accuracy.
• Liaise with trade counterparties and banks for timely settlement of trades.
• Coordinate with clients and treasury to ensure trades funded on settlement date.
• Maintain up-to-date trade status records for reporting to management and clients.
• Ensure trades are settled and documents stored for audit.
