Job summary

NewPoint Real Estate Capital in Plano, TX seeks a Servicing Associate, Loan Administration to oversee monthly processing for a bridge loan portfolio, including CLO and REPO investments. You will ensure timely payments, postings, and research on pre-payments while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

As part of a team of 8–10 servicing professionals, you will build scalable posting processes, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with Investor Reporting, Asset Management,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan servicing experience, including CRE servicing for multiple capital sources or investors
• Knowledge of commercial real estate finance, including loan types, property types, and real estate lenders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer-service mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send monthly billing statements
• Process incoming payments, reconcile discrepancies, monitor lockboxes, review clearing accounts, and process daily wires
• Process payoff transactions and reclass reserve funds
• Reconcile disbursements, OpEx, and mezzanine payments under tight deadlines
• Review loan and closing documents for new loans and set up in servicing system
• Update servicing systems for changes in loan structure, including modifications and collateral
• Monitor rate cap agreements, letters of credit, reserves and escrows
• Research and resolve borrower questions and issues
• Maintain compliance with company policies and servicing SLAs
• Participate in servicing projects as needed
