Job summary

Dexian is seeking a dedicated Loan Servicing Associate in Newark, Delaware to support syndicated credit structures and bilateral loans. You will interface with borrowers, lenders, and partners to ensure accurate loan accounting, adherence to credit agreements, and precise system records.

You will initiate funding activities, monitor accruals, and reconcile cash flows while coordinating with legal teams on credit documents.

Responsibilities

• Initiate loan activities such as fundings, repricings, and payments based on client instructions and credit agreements.
• Calculate and monitor complex interest and fee accruals across various rate levels and lender distributions.
• Reconcile daily funding and payment transactions, ensuring all cash flows are recorded accurately.
• Read, interpret, and coordinate with legal teams on complex credit agreements and related documentation.
• Manage automated funds movements per client and lender instructions.
• Monitor and elevate past due payments to maintain accurate loan accounting.
• Perform maintenance of margin changes and communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Provide requested information to clients, business partners, middle office, and lenders.
• Update control reports and document comments accordingly.
• Participate in system testing and administrative tasks related to credit agreement terms.
• Conduct quality control reviews of new deals, restructures, and amendments, verifying system setup accuracy.
• Support colleagues and assist with special projects or other assigned tasks.
