The Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for the complete lifecycle of note and trust deed administration on private money loan portfolio. This role requires precision, discretion, and judgment — there is no margin for error. The ideal candidate combines deep technical loan servicing expertise with the composure and communication skill to manage sensitive conversations with borrowers, investors, and outside professionals (escrow, title, foreclosure, and legal partners).
