Job summary

Raymond James, Inc. is seeking a Loan Servicing & QA Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA. The role combines data input of loan transactions with quality assurance of the core loan system for both consumer and commercial loans.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers, Service Teams, Legal and Compliance to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing. The position requires a High School diploma (post-secondary preferred) and 2–4 years in banking or financial services, with a focus on

Qualifications

High School diploma; college degree preferred.
2–4 years of bank operations or financial services experience.
Experience with Consumer/Private Bank/Wealth Mgmt quality review is a plus.

Responsibilities

Enter or review loan transactions in the core system.
Process or review new loans, renewals, modifications, extensions, payments, advances, maintenance, and reports.
Provide customer support for account inquiries and issues.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Service Teams, Legal and Compliance to execute deliverables.
Oversee printing and mailing of loan statements and accrual calculations for commercial loans.
