Raymond James in Pittsburgh is seeking a Loan Servicing and Quality Assurance Specialist to perform data input of transactions and quality review of the core loan system for consumer and commercial loans.

The role ensures that the loan system matches executed documents, processes loans and maintenance tasks, and delivers support to internal and external clients, with overtime during peak periods as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with loan systems and ability to read loan documents to verify accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure core loan system aligns with executed legal documents via input or review.
• Process or review new loans, renewals, modifications, extensions, payments, advances, maintenance, and reports.
• Provide customer support on account inquiries, research, and operational issues.
• Provide backup for printing/mailing loan statements and calculating accruing fees on commercial loans.
