Job summary

Raymond James in the United States seeks a Loan Servicing and Quality Assurance Specialist to input transactions and perform quality checks on the core loan system for consumer and commercial loans. You will ensure documents align with system data and support clients with inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in bank operations or financial services.
• Experience reviewing consumer/private banking or wealth management with lending regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure core loan system matches executed loan documents via input or review.
• Process or review new loans, renewals, modifications, extensions, payments, advances, maintenance and system reports.
• Provide customer support to internal and external clients regarding inquiries and operations.
• Provide backup for printing/mailing loan statements and calculating accruing fees on commercial loans.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Service Teams, Legal and Compliance on deliverables.
