Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Loan Servicing Operations Representative in Plano, TX with a leading financial services organization known for innovation and operational excellence.

You will review loan documents, maintain collateral files and data in multiple systems, and contribute to CCAR data capture. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, paying $19.37 per hour with weekly pay and dedicated onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with loan documentation, loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
• Understanding of financial covenant principles and loan documentation concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, along with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan documentation and collateral records to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain collateral files, system of record (SOR) data, billing schedules, pricing options, risk ratings, and client records.
• Complete Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Data Capture and Supplemental Data Capture (SDC) activities for Commercial Real Estate reporting.
• Track exceptions, maintain tickler systems, and ensure timely completion of loan servicing and collateral management processes.

Pay Details:

$19.35 per hour
