Job summary

First National Bank of Bellevue is seeking a Loan Administrator to support the operational servicing, maintenance, balancing, and reporting of the bank’s loan portfolio across multiple products. This role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet recurring deadlines from daily to annual cycles.

The position requires strong communication with lending officers, customers, and external vendors, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Education and experience outlined: HS diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years in loan servicing, loan operations, or banking operations recommended.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle automatic payment changes and updates (daily).
• Process incoming mail related to loan servicing (daily).
• Provide payoff quotes and requests to lenders, tellers, and customers (daily).
• Support NSF, non-accrual payments, and ACH returns processing (daily).
• Maintain and reconcile loan systems and ledgers (monthly).
• Process lien and mortgage releases (as needed).
• Prepare and analyze investor reporting and regulatory data (regular).
• Assist with escrow and insurance administration activities (daily/weekly).
