Job summary

You will implement repayment plans, ensure documentation is complete, and comply with risk management and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Experience in collections or customer service is strongly preferred.
• Pass any assessment associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Calls customers about early delinquency account statuses.
• Works with customers to resolve account delinquency status while minimizing company interest losses.
• Implements repayment plans and collects delinquent payments.
• Ensures files and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices.
• May contact outside parties to collect or clarify documentation.
