Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• 1 year of related banking/financial services/customer service experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Imports loan documents into electronic filing software.
• Prints, mails or emails lending documents to departments or customers.
• Ensures timely completion and scanning of filings and post-/pre-close documents.
• Reviews legal documents before sending to collateral custodian.
• Sends delinquency letters to customers.
• Coordinates with insurance specialist on borrower insurance and filings.
• Prepares mortgage releases after payoff is received.
• Performs facility maintenance and orders supplies.
