Oklahoma AgCredit in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, seeks a Lending Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, post payments, answer calls, and manage loan documents electronically. The role supports location operations through supplies, marketing items, and facility services.

Responsibilities include loan document processing, daily reporting, marketing support, and compliance with data security. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of related experience in banking, financial services, legal and title work, and customer service.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

Responsibilities

• Imports loan documents into electronic filing software.
• Prints, mails or emails lending documents to departments or customers.
• Ensures timely completion and scanning of filings, OnBase and post-/pre-close signed documents to borrowers.
• Reviews legal documents before sending to collateral custodian.
• Sends delinquency letters to customers.
• Coordinates with insurance specialist on borrower insurance and filings.
• Prepares mortgage releases after payoff.
• Prepares Loan Servicing Documents, Books Process and OnBase.
• Organizes, interprets and verifies legal descriptions and abstracts.
