World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and closing loans while maintaining current accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

• Must be able to obtain insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and questions.
• Process payments, updates, tax documents, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and timely tax documentation.
• Follow policies and regulatory requirements.
