Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, MN.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and present tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Communicate with customers and departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.

• Educate customers on insurance options and loan terms.
