OneMain Financial in Elgin, IL is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access financing for life’s expenses. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan solutions, and guide clients through the process in a competitive, performance-driven environment.

The role emphasizes strong service, empathy, and timely delivery, with a base salary plus incentive program. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, on-site at multiple branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and be goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on insurance products and loan options.
