OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Asheville, NC to listen to customer needs and provide access to affordable financing. This onsite role blends sales, service, and lifecycle management with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

You will engage customers across channels, explain loan terms and insurance options, and work toward branch goals in a supportive environment with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycles, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve, maintain a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loan terms and options.
