Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic role demands.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and results for branch goals.
• Engage customers through loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
