World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Evansville to drive loan sales, manage accounts, and support tax services. Daily outbound calling, high-volume outreach, and in-person meetings are required to meet sales and collections goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documentation; document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including tax docs and denial letters.
