Job summary

Local Community Bank seeks a Loan Processor with experience across Commercial, Consumer, and Mortgage loans to manage loan processing, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation. You will support the Loan Department with credit checks, HMDA data collection, and collateral management while ensuring timely and precise loan packages for funding.

Responsibilities include processing disbursements, vendor payments, and maintaining loan files.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Familiarity with LaserPro and iCore preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and lending standards.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Experience processing commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Loan Department in managing customer loans, including credit reports and flood determinations.
• Assist with pre-funding documents, HMDA data collection, and loan package submissions.
• Prepare loan disbursement entries and handle payments to third-party vendors.
• Maintain loan files and monitor collateral perfection with mortgages, UCCs, and lien filings.
• Imaging of loan documents and handling payoff requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service for loan and deposit inquiries.
• Keep loan support area stocked and up-to-date with materials.
