Job summary

US Mortgages, located in Centennial, Colorado, seeks a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to handle residential loan workflows from intake to closing. The ideal candidate will manage income analysis, compile borrower documents, and ensure accurate processing under FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines.

Strong organizational skills, proactive communication with customers and partners, and experience with Encompass LOS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing income and borrower documents.
• 2-5+ years of FHA, VA, and Conventional processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass LOS is a plus.
• Knowledge of TRID regulations and compliance requirements.
• Timely proactive communication to customers and partners on loan decisions.

• Maintain and report weekly loan pipeline with originators.

Responsibilities for Loan Processor

• With consistent increases in business, we are in need of an additional strong and seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor.
• Must have a min of 3-5yrs+ experience in residential mortgage processing.
• Strong organizational skills is also a must.

Qualifications For Loan Processor

• Experience analyzing income
• 2-5+ years of FHA, VA, and Conventional recent processing experience.
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of compliance / TRID regulations
• Proactive and timely communication to customers and business partners on loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
• Accurately and quickly request and obtain needed items for submission of loan as well as completion of final approval to meet underwriters requests for closing.
• Able to hold weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
• Superior internal and external customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a flexible and fast paced production oriented environment.
