Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years banking, lending, loan processing, or related financial services experience or an associate degree in business/finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documentation for consumer and commercial originations, renewals and modifications.
• Coordinate required loan and collateral documentation with lenders, title work, UCC searches, and other third‑party services.
• Upload loans to the core system and process loan proceeds via checks, wires, and deposits.
• Perfect and maintain security interests in collateral with lien, UCC, and related documentation.
• Maintain complete loan records and processing logs, imaging, and retention materials.
• Communicate with lenders, internal teams, and external parties to address documentation needs and outstanding items.
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve accuracy and efficiency while maintaining confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve loan processing workflows and technology use.
