Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years banking, lending, loan processing, or related experience or an associate degree in business/finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus.
• Ability to process loan documentation accurately and in compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documentation for consumer and commercial loan originations, renewals, and modifications.
• Coordinate loan documentation including flood determinations, title work, UCC searches, and third-party services.
• Upload loans to core system and process loan proceeds via checks, wires, and deposits.
• Maintain lien and collateral documentation and track post-closing items.
• Keep complete loan records and processing logs for imaging and retention.
• Communicate with lenders, internal teams, and outside parties to resolve items and questions.
• Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve accuracy, efficiency, and security.
