Responsibilities

• Review incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with lending standards.
• Prepare funding packages for new loans, implementing automated data quality checks to minimize errors.
• Process lien satisfaction requests and insurance policies to maintain up-to-date loan records.
• Pull and schedule payments such as documentation fees and other applicable charges in accordance with loan agreements.
• Communicate proactively with sales representatives and lending partners regarding deal status and requirements.
• Book and board new loans into the appropriate underwriting and management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Deactivate loans sold to business partners and ensure proper documentation filing or delivery via FedEx.
