Qualifications

• 2 years of banking, accounting, or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership of loan processing responsibilities within 10 minutes of receipt.
• Processes loan documentation with 100% accuracy.
• Inputs tracking items into collateral tracking system.
• Organizes files according to filing procedures after scanning.
• Performs account maintenance and research to support Loan Operations.
• Prepares extension agreements, addendums, or substitutions.
• Books loans to core system within 24 hours of receipt.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and required training.
