• Set up files, prepare documents, send verifications, and run credit reports.
• Manage a pipeline of loans, update files, and document activity.
• Prepare and send pre-qualification letters and related correspondence; support underwriter/loan officer.
• Assemble files, order required documents, and prepare files for closing and QC.
