Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in customer service or loan administration preferred.
• Knowledge of general banking policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Obtains information related to the loan origination process, including credit reports, appraisals, title reports, and insurance information.
• Answers loan customer calls and assists with inquiries on payoffs, changes of owner, notes, and other loan details.
• Assists in preparing disbursement worksheets and loan documentation checklists.
• Ensures loan documents and customer information are scanned into the core system timely.
• Filing liens and notices to protect the Bank's collateral interests.
• Supports loan officers with HMDA and CRA compliance tasks.
• Monitors tracking reports and clears issues on titles, appraisals, inspections, etc.
• Performs clerical tasks and acts as liaison between loan officers and processing.
• Maintains organization of loan files and supplies.
