Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year college course of study in Business Administration and/or financial institution or related field experience or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process credit documents.
• Modification of notes and extensions.
• Commitment letters/letters of credit.
• Disburse loans.
• UCC filing and tracking; lien notices and related assignments.
• Coordinate with Title Companies, Insurance Companies, Farm Service Agencies, BLM offices, and other agencies for loan information.
• Manage denial and withdrawn credit applications.
• Pull credit reports and lien searches.
• Maintain and file loan documents and records.
