Qualifications

• 2-year college level course of study in Business Administration or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Previous Loan Processing experience.
• Experience in using Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with Central Loan Processing in accurate preparation of commercial, consumer, and construction loan documentation.
• Audit signed loan documents.
• Loan funding and booking.
• Maintain compliance with Stockman Bank lending policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Administrative support and greet customers.
• Answer phones and assist with general account information.
• Process loan advances, payments and corrections.
