Responsibilities

• Process daily paid loan files for consumer and commercial loans as assigned.
• Provide phone support concerning problems and questions related to loan processing.
• Prepare payoff quotes and payoff letter requests.
• Coordinate necessary internal documents for wire transfers and checks to pay off loans.
• Process release of collateral for paid off loans in a timely manner.
• Maintain logs and reports updating customer records concerning collateral and registries.
