Job summary

Myers Capital Hawaii, LLC seeks a motivated Loan Originator for our Private Mortgage Department. This remote role supports private and bridge lending across 42 states, with no NMLS license required for most products.

You will source, evaluate, and close deals, working closely with real estate investors and property owners. We offer a highly competitive compensation structure, plus health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate investing, hard money, or private lending preferred (not required).
• No NMLS license required for most private loan types.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to close deals.
• Fundamental understanding of real estate valuation and deal structuring.
