Under the direction of the Branch and/or Production Manager, markets and promotes PrimeLending products and services to its client base of realtors, builders, bank officers, and potential and past clients. Performs office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of PrimeLending and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates PrimeLending’s and other loan products and services to determine the best financial solutions for customers.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives to develop and retain business, including site visits.
- Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products.
- Meets the company's minimum production standards by taking complete and accurate loan applications using PrimeLending’s product set.
- Monitors customer interactions and manages all parties involved from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualifying buyers.
- Collects and analyzes customer financial information such as income, assets, investments, and debts.
- Advises customers on different loan options’ advantages and disadvantages.
- Services existing customers, manages documentation, fees, and lock-in information.
- Oversees the loan process, monitors status, and ensures compliance with terms.
- Communicates loan status and obtains documentation post-closing.
- Presents loan terms and conditions to customers.
- Stays informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Maintains a professional image and adheres to company policies.
- May supervise other loan staff and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; appropriate state licenses required.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
- At least 12 months of loan originator experience.
- Ability to interact effectively with regional and corporate departments, realtors, builders, and appraisers.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and use relevant software technology.
- Active community involvement and professional network development.
- Continuous learning about industry issues and organizational developments.
