The Loan Origination System Support Analyst supports customers by resolving issues across the loan lifecycle, documenting processes, and guiding banks to maximize product utilization with strong service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in banking, lending operations, loan documentation, loan servicing, or loan origination support.
• Experience generating and reviewing consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documentation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end lending processes and TRID‑related documentation.
• Experience with loan origination systems, loan documentation systems, and lending software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support resource for Hawthorn River lending solutions.
• Manage and resolve customer support requests via ClickUp and other channels.
• Assist with loan lifecycle issues including setup, document generation, disclosures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third‑party providers as needed.
• Develop knowledge base and training materials for customers.
• Provide post-conversation action plans to ensure customer success.
• Assist testing product updates and onboarding initiatives.
• Support new customer onboarding and training initiatives.
