The Loan Operations Specialist II provides general support in all areas of the Loan Operations department and ensures accuracy on all loan records and documents. They are responsible for performing loan maintenance for all loan types including recasts and payment adjustments. They are to provide superior service to internal and external members and promote member relationships that exceed expectations.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
Education or Formal Training: High school diploma or GED
Experience: Six months’ proven customer service experience.

The starting pay range for this position is $25.00-$27.00/hourly, and final pay rate will be determined based on skills, experience, education, and internal equity factors.

High volume, fast-paced, dynamic office environment with some travel. Must be able to attend meetings and events outside of regular business hours. The job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, fax machines and filing cabinets. The position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. The position requires bending, stooping, or standing as necessary.
