Qualifications

• 2+ years in loan operations, private credit operations, fund administration, or commercial lending.
• Knowledge of loan lifecycle: closings, fundings, revolvers, amendments, payoffs.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end loan onboarding, closings, and setup for private credit and direct lending transactions.
• Process loan lifecycle events—fundings, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, amendments with accuracy.
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations across borrower, lender, and settlement records.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports; respond to internal/external inquiries.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify process inefficiencies and support platform enhancements.
