Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Loan Administration or similar field.

• Knowledge of banking operations and loan types.
• Familiarity with regulatory and legal compliance obligations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Operations Team Lead in processing loan requests.
• Prepare loan packages for review and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate disbursements and ensure fees are collected at closing.
• Research credit and collateral, handle post-closing follow-up.
• Monitor tickler files and research credit worthiness.
