Qualifications

• 1+ years of loan assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as primary contact for borrowers and provide status updates.
• Coordinate closings with title companies, attorneys, and insurers.
• Prepare and organize loan documentation including notes and mortgages.
• Maintain post-closing tasks such as filings and insurance expiries.
• Perform lien searches and ensure proper collateral perfection.
• Input loan data into core banking system for reporting and billing.
• Identify and resolve documentation exceptions to stay audit-ready.
