Job summary

TriState Capital Bank is seeking an Operational Integrity and Risk Control Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA. You will safeguard accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across commercial loan processing, performing quality reviews and overseeing collateral and invoicing workflows.

You will collaborate with Loan Operations and cross-functional teams, address complex issues, support system implementations, and help drive process improvements to strengthen client confidence and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of financial services experience, including 2 years in Loan Operations.
• Prior experience in lending operations and quality control with strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Reviews: validate documentation and terms for new originations, modifications, renewals.
• Collateral & Insurance Oversight: ensure perfection, lien priority, and proper insurance coverage.
• Issue Resolution: address complex loan issues requiring interpretation of policies.
• Project & Initiative Support: assist leadership with strategic initiatives and system implementations.
• Client & Internal Communication: respond to inquiries promptly per procedures.
• Fee Management: oversee manual invoicing for Letters of Credit and unused fees.
• Collateral Release Administration: manage collateral release upon loan payoff.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
